                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF
                   CONTRACT NO. 76B, DAYTONA HEIGHTS COLLECTION
                   SYSTEM II, TO MAYSE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY,
                   FOR THEIR LOW BID IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE
                   MILLION, SIX HUNDRED ONE THOUSAND, FIVE
                   HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT AND 30/100 DOLLARS
                   ($1,601,548.30).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       award of Contract No. 76B, Daytona Heights Collection System II,
       to Mayse Construction Company, for their low bid in the amount of 

       $1,601,548.30.
